Three EuroMed Committees established ready for February 2005 Parliamentary Assembly meeting

Brussels, 24/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The three committees of the EuroMed Parliamentary Assembly (EMPA) met in Brussels on Tuesday and Wednesday to select their bureau members. Unlike the Political, Security and Human Rights Committee (see Europe of 23 September, p.6), the Economic Affairs Committee and the Social Affairs, Culture and Exchange Committee went about their business in an orderly manner, calmly electing their Presidents and Vice-Presidents.
