24/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - A conference on peace and development in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), southern Serbia and Kosovo will be held this weekend in Kumanovo (FYROM). Over one hundred NGOs will be taking part in the cross-border project organised by the Council of Europe in partnership with the East-West Institute and the Mayors of Kumanovo, Presevo (Serbia) and Gjilane (Kosovo).
