24/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Why is Commissioner-designate Rocco Buttiglione (JHA) still a minister (for European affairs in Berlusconi's government)?, European elected member of Democratici di Sinistra Nicola Zingaretti asks in a press release recalling: "Barroso, who was Prime Minister, resigned the day after his designation".
