24/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission will be holding a meeting with ambassadors from developing Asian countries and the Executive Director of the International Trade Centre to launch the Asian Trust Fund (ATF). The ATF is a flexible instrument for providing short-term expertise in trade negotiations to developing countries in Asia.
