08/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has recently presented to the Council a proposed decision inviting it to conclude, on behalf of the EU, the conventions of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the early warning of a nuclear accident and assistance in the case of a nuclear accident or an emergency radiological situation.
