Luxembourg, 06/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Government of Gibraltar is challenging the Commission's decision of 30 March 2004 whereby the Commission considers the Gibraltar Corporation Tax Reform is incompatible with the common market. The Commission had reached this conviction after examination of the reform initiated in October 2002.
