06/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the go-ahead to plans to create a joint company between FNAC, which belongs to the French group Pinault-Printemps-Redoute, and the Greek group Marinopoulos Brothers SA. The two companies will take joint control of a company which is active in the retail sales of cultural products and entertainments. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
