Brussels, 06/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The final conference on local residential services for the disabled will take place in Brussels on 22 and 23 October. It will mark the end of the "Included in Society" project (which looked at living conditions and current practice in Europe's largest residential institutions for people living with disability), and the beginning of a new European movement in favour of more and better local residential services.
