06/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Royal Philips Electronics, the largest European electronics company, is about to achieve its aim of having at least one woman out of ten senior managers (770 posts). The multinational aims to achieve a 10% rate of representation of women in 2008 (compared to 4% in 2002) in such functions, that is over twice as many.
