06/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 31 August 2004, the European Commission adopted a regulation that suspends fishing by French vessels of blue whiting in the waters of the Faro Islands until the end of the year. France exhausted its quota mid-July. The regulation is published in the Official Journal L 284 of 3 August 2004.
