Parliament officially brings two appeals against the EU/United States agreement on air passenger registration

Luxembourg, 30/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament brought two appeals to the Court of Justice on 27 July against the Commission and the Council with regard to the EU/United States agreement on air passenger registration. It has asked the Court to reach decision under an accelerated procedure.
