EU team of civil and military experts to leave for Sudan next Tuesday - EU support for draft resolution implicitly authorising sanctions against Khartoum

Brussels, 30/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The team of EU civil and military experts tasked with identifying additional measures to be taken to strengthen the African Union (AU) ceasefire observer mission in Sudan will leave next Tuesday, it was announced on Friday by Cristina Gallach, Spokesperson for the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana.
