Nick Witney is appointed Chief Executive of European Defence Agency

Brussels, 30/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - It came as no surprise when it was announced that British national Nick Witney is to be appointed Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency following the endorsement by the Agency's Steering Board of a proposal by EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana.
