Commission proposes initiation of anti-dumping proceedings with regard to imports of PET from Australia and China

Brussels, 30/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - on 19 February 2004, the EU decided to impose provisional anti-dumping measures with regard to imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) originating in Australia, Pakistan and the People's Republic of China. The Commission today arrived at definitive conclusions from the anti-dumping proceedings it launched in May 2003.
