Germany will have to justify itself at Court of Justice for its handling of territorial limitation in its allocation of accommodation in the internal market

Brussels, 22/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to take Germany to the Court of Justice for discriminatory rules governing the allocation of accommodation. Rules stipulated that this accommodation, outside Germany, is excluded from the application of subsidies granted to persons subject to tax in Germany, for the construction or acquisition of personal accommodation.
