06/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has postponed its final vote on the report by Reimer Böge (CD, Germany) on the draft Council decision on the EIB mandate to take into account the enlargement of the European Union and its new neighbourhood policy. The Parliament proposes to increase the ceiling of available credit for Russia and the Newly Independent States from 300 million to 800 million euros. This is not likely to have any real financial repercussions for the budget...
