06/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - By adopting a common resolution during the plenary session in Strasbourg, of all the political groups, except Europe of Democracies and Diversities, the European Parliament has launched an appeal for respecting an Olympic truce. The Council is being called on to encourage Member States, accession, candidate and neighbouring countries to respect this truce.
