Brussels, 31/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Commission approved (under the Euratom Treaty) a loan to the Romanian national Nuclear Power Company (SNN), to fund the completion and safety upgrade of reactor 2 of the Cernavoda nuclear power station.
