29/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - In Bürgenstock on Monday, Kofi Annan unveiled a new plan to reunite Cyprus whereby the territory granted to Turkish Cypriots would be reduced by 5% (to 29%) in exchange for a reduction in the number of Greek Cypriots authorised to live in the north of the island.
