Brussels, 24/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Commission, Romano Prodi, admitted to the press on Wednesday that he was preparing to take part in the European Council of Brussels with "contrasted feelings". On one hand, he is to a certain extent confident about the "possibility" of rekindling the IGC and, on the other hand, he feels a deep sadness after the terrorist attacks in Madrid.
