ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The Italian ENEL group has sold off its building interests to an international consortium international consisting of DEUTSCHE BANK and CDC - CAISSE FRANCAISE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS. The operation is estimated to have cost EUR 1.4 bn and involves 887 buildings and offices.
