Brussels, 24/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the European Council of Brussels, which will be discussing the deteriorating situation in Kosovo (see p 4), CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana, and the European Commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten, held meetings with all political leaders from Kosovo, including president Rugova and prime minister Rexhepi.
