24/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The decision of the Council and Commission on 23 February on the conclusion of the stabilisation and association agreement between the European Communities and their Member States and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, as well as the draft agreement, were published in Official Journal L 84 of 20 March 2004. The agreement will enter into force on 1 April.
