Brussels, 22/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - As we went to press, a meeting between the European Commission, the presidency and Russia was taking place on extending the cooperation and partnership agreement (CPA) between the EU/Russia and the ten future European Union Member States to 1 May 2004, an issue on which the EU and Russia have disagreed on for months.
