22/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Following Noëlle Lenoir, Marie-Hélène Gillig (PES) spoke out against the EP's budgetary control committee proposal to make Brussels the permanent home of the European Parliament (EUROPE 26 Market p 16). The MEP said that a centralising and "multilook" vision were confronting each other and that several centres European-decision centres were needed: "Brussels, Strasbourg, Luxembourg, Frankfurt and tomorrow, perhaps somewhere else".
