Schröder-Miller meeting 23 March

Brussels, 15/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Last Friday Chancellor Schröder announced that he would be meeting the Polish prime minister Leslek Miller on 23 March in Warsaw to try and obtain a compromise on issues blocking the adoption of a European Constitution (notably the problem of the voting system at the Council).
