The council of NATO and COPS put finishing touches to details of takeover of operations in Bosnia - clear chain of command required - war prisoners - afghanistan and combatting WMD

Brussels, 12/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - At their meeting on 10 March at NATO's headquarters, the North Atlantic Council and the EU's Political and Security Committee (COPS) discussed the replacement of SFOR in Bosnia by an EU force (with NATO leaving around 200 men in place to track down war criminals).
