12/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Adopting the recommendation on Thursday by British Liberal Nicholas Clegg (second reading, codecision), the European Parliament adopted the Council's common position (with one slight modification) concerning the adoption of the regulation to protect EU airlines against unfair tariffs and subsidies practised by non-EU airlines.
