France and Spain want to establish first Sea Highway in the Atlantic by 2006

Brussels, 12/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The 9 March Transport Council took note of an announcement by France that it is planning two sea highway projects (included in the list of priorities in the draft decision revising the EU guidelines for trans-European transport networks, TEN-T), along with Spain, Portugal and Italy.
