Brussels, 26/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 19 February the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted at unanimity (the United Kingdom abstained during the vote) and without debate, the regulation to set up a European Agency for the Security of Networks and Information. The draft of the regulation encapsulates all of the amendments voted for by the European Parliament on 19 November.
