Parliament wishes to be involved in Quick Start projects

Brussels, 26/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption on Thursday, in Brussels, of a joint resolution by five political groups (EPP-ED, PES, ELDR, Greens/EFA and UEN) on Quick Start projects in the field of Trans-European Transport Networks, the European Parliament "disapproves of the Council's having developed a so-called Quick Start Programme on trans-European transport priority projects without consulting the European Parliament".
