Brussels, 19/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Extra credit allowing the European Union to receive the ten new Member States on 1 May, rising to 11.8 billion EUR in commitment appropriations and 5.1 billion EUR in payment appropriations, were accepted on Tuesday by the European Parliament's budgets committee.
