Brussels, 19/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the end of their summit on 18 February in Berlin, the German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder, French president Jacques Chirac and British prime minister Tony Blair jointly signed a letter addressed to the presidents of the European Council and European Commission in view of the Spring Summit 25-26 March.
