Brussels, 17/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - In the absence of President Giscard d'Estaing, who was unable to take part in the exchange of views organised by the constitutional committee of the European Parliament, MEPs were able to deliberate with the two former vice-presidents of the European Convention.
