17/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - During its plenary session on 11 and 12 February in Brussels, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) elected as its president the German Christian Democrat Peter Straub (as opposed to Straube, as EUROPE mistakenly spelt it on p.17 of the 14 February edition of the bulletin).
