17/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission authorised Volkswagen AG to acquire a majority stake in two subsidiaries of the automobile distributor Hahn + Lang: VW Automobile Stuttgart and Audi Zentrum Stuttgart. It also authorised the acquisition by ThyssenKrupp and Arcelor of joint control of Steel 24-7, a joint company specialised in the provision of Internet services for the steel sector.
