Brussels, 26/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Community of European Railways (CER) and the European Transport Federation (ETF) are to sign two agreements in Brussels on 27 January, which were negotiated under European social dialogue: the first on the European Driving Licence, the second of the conditions for the use of railway staff employed in cross-border services. Once signed, these two agreements will be submitted to Commissioner Anna Diamantopoulou, who will attend.
