26/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Laurent Leylekian, Director of the Euro-Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy, has described the draft report by Per Gahrton (Greens/EFA, Sweden) on the EU's policy with regard to the Southern Caucasus as 'biased'.
