26/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has amended for the twenty-eighth time the regulation establishing disciplinary action against persons and entities linked to the Al-Qaida network. The regulation of 21 January 2004 adds two names to the list of natural persons: Sulaiman Jassem Abo Ghaith and Jamel Lounici. The regulation appeared in the Official Journal L15 of 22 January.
