Brussels, 07/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the European Commission decided to begin investigations into allegations of non respect of freedom of association in Belarus made by three international union organisations in a letter sent in January 2003 to Pascal Lamy, Commissioner Trade.
