07/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council decision 2003/910/EC designating Austrian national Erhard Busek as special coordinator for the Stability Pact for South East Europe was published in the Official Journal L 342 of 30 December. The decision will take effect from 1 January to 31 December 2004.
