Viviane Reding says Europass will provide young with means to respond to their genuine desire for mobility

Brussels, 07/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - "A Europe of substance", so sought after by Commissioner Viviane Reding, made a great leap forward on 7 January, following the decision by the Commission to set up Europass, an instrument that will allow the young to study, take courses or work in a neighbouring country in order to respond to their "genuine desire for mobility" (EUROPE 7 January p 8).
