Brussels, 22/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission adopted a proposal on the establishment of a second Community programme for the conservation, collection and use of genetic resources in agriculture. The new programme, which will cover the 2004-2006 period, will enjoy a Community subsidy totalling EUR 10 million.
