22/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - An EIB press release notes that the European Investment Bank and the Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat (BCEE) will finance the renovation and extension of the European Court of Justice buildings in Luxembourg, at a cost of EUR 343 million.
