19/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Nauru was withdrawn from the OECD list of uncooperative tax havens, after having made commitments to improve the transparency of its tax system and establish, by 31 December 2005, an system for the exchange of information with tax administrations of the OECED countries. Only five countries remain on the 'black list.'
