Messrs Giscard d'Estaing, Amato and Dehaene set criteria to assess IGC results

Brussels, 12/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - In their third "European Convention paper", president Valéry Giscard d'Estaing and vice-presidents Giuliano Amato and Jean-Luc Dehaene have defined "the assessment criteria of the Brussels European Council". This title is actually somewhat misleading, as it does not in fact refer to the European Council (Friday morning) but to the IGC (Intergovernmental Conference) session at Heads of Government level, to begin on Friday at 5pm and continuing on...
