Mr Juncker not ruling out "core Europe", but warns against dangers - all decisions to be taken in Brussels

Brussels, 12/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - In an interview with Thursday's Die Zeit, Luxembourg's Prime Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker noted that one solution to the double majority in Council issue could be not bringing the new rules into force until 2014; but the decision on double majority must be taken now, in Brussels, not in 2009, he warned.
