Approving Kok report, European Council underlines urgency of reforms for attaining Lisbon objectives

Brussels, 12/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - As announced Thursday at the end of the Special Trilateral Social Summit, President of the European Council, Silvio Berlusconi has sent the results of this summit to Heads of state of the enlarged Europe (EUROPE yesterday p 9). The European Council and its different delegations were pleased with the report on the creation of more jobs (Kok report).
