Brussels, 24/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Union will experience its worst wine harvest in ten years this year, due largely to the heat-wave of this summer, announced the Committee of Agricultural Organisations of the EU (Copa) and the General Committee for Agricultural Co-operation in the EU (Cogeca).
