Last details on Council "team" presidencies - first discussion on extending qualified majority vote and "Christian values" on agenda of Monday's IGC

Brussels, 24/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU Foreign Ministers are to meet on 27 October in Brussels for a new session of the Intergovernmental Conference under the chairmanship of Italian Minister Franco Frattini. Work will cover the EU Council Presidency and its various formations, the extent of qualified majority vote, economic and financial issues and "non-institutional issues".
